How it Works

When you register with Sports Venue Traveler, we tag your entries so that you can view them later on the My Venues page. They are also shared publicly on the All Venues page.

We strive to keep the website simple and user-friendly. We don’t ask for personal information – just a user name and email address (which we won’t share).

You can add notes and photos to each sports venue. You can view and comment on others’ venues. You can even contact other sports fans via our messaging system, which ensures your privacy (or you can opt out of this feature).

You should keep all entries to high levels of competition. Please document only Professional and College venues, with an exception for Junior Hockey, which is on par with college hockey. Record the venue only once, even if you have been there many times. Remember, this is about where you have been, and not how many times you’ve been there.

In the drop down box you will find Football, Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Hockey, and Tennis categories. You will also find an “Other” category for posting additional events like; The Olympics, Tour du France, Kentucky Derby, World Cup, other College Sports, etc. Remember, if you participated in any sport at these levels, you were also an event spectator, so you should post those venues.
